Our sunglasses are UV rated CE400, category 4 lenses and are intended for the protection from the sun and to reduce sun glare in ordinary circumstances.
Do not use for direct observation of the sun, night driving or low light conditions.
They are impact resistant but do not provide shatterproof or an unbreakable barrier against eye injury or injury in the event of an impact with hard objects and are not to be used as safety glasses.
There are some simple things you can do to make sure your sunnies last longer than the average persons…
- Use only water and/or the polishing cloth to clean them
- Don’t leave them in a hot place such as your car (they will most likely melt)
- Don’t put your sunglasses lens-down
- Don’t use your shirt or breath to clean them, again use the cloth!
- Sunglasses and salt water don’t go
- If you wear them on your head, they will likely stretch
Taking the above into account, if something does happen to your sunnies it’s a great opportunity to get some fresh new styles!
